If you have a Dropbox account, you won't have to worry about copying files and saving them to other devices so you can have the same version in all these gadgets. Say, I am working on a file named "sample.doc", and this file is saved in a folder which is inside the Dropbox folder. The moment I press CTRL+S to save the sample.doc, Dropbox will automatically synchronize this file to all your devices where Dropbox is installed. Of course the precondition is that your devices are online.
You also get to have an online backup. :-) So, even if all 5 devices for example were stolen from you (wag naman sana...), all your files are still safely secured in the cloud. Meaning, get a new device, install Dropbox, login to your account, and your new device will have the same set of files as your previous devices.
