somewhere over the rainbow

i woke up this morning and the very first thing that i did was check outside if the water level is not alarming... well, it is not as alarming as a feared it to be, but i hope it would become better. :-) if there's anything at all that we are happy about from where we are, it stopped raining since yesterday. this would hopefully result to the floodwater eventually subsiding.
