They really had to layout it that way, huh? While I really don't like how the DOT slogan was crafted, at least I am just voicing out my opinion in here (and only just a few of you guys actually can read this, hehehe). But Inquirer has a reader-base of hundreds of thousands! They could have just took a picture of hospital carts and put in it the slogan of the DOT! At least it's a little obvious that it's a joke. But the above is just... a failure. Tsk tsk tsk.
